How long will it take to recieve my digital product?
Case 1 - If you ordered an UNEDITED Cover, Flyer, Resource Pack or Mockup, the download link will be available automatically after your order, in most cases. In some instances, it may take a few hours. Nevertheless, you will always receive an email when the download link is available.
Case 2 - If you ordered a Cover Art / Flyer with editing, the download link will NOT be generated automatically. This is because a designer will be assigned to your order and will edit it manually. Within 24 hours or less, the download link will be send to you via email.
I've purchased a pack / mockup, what will I receive?
If you've purchased a mockup or resource pack , you will receive a link where you can download the files , we always recommend downloading them to your computer.
What software do I need for the mockups / packs
Our products are compatible with multiple design programs. Please note the icon on each product image.
In addition, you can locate the design software for each product in the product description.
I ordered a customized Cover / Flyer but have only received the unedited version.
Stay calm, this is a normal process. When you place an order, our system automatically sends the original files (PSD and text-free cover) as part of an automated process. Meanwhile, our designers receive the order and begin
customizing your cover art, which they will
deliver in less than 24 hours since this is a manual process.

Can I get a refund?
