What flyer files will I receive with my order?

All flyer orders include the original editable PSD files and a .PNG file of the flyer without text. Additionally, you will receive the edited Cover Art and if you have requested it.

I ordered a customized flyer but have only received an unedited flyer.

Stay calm, this is a normal process. When you place an order, our system automatically sends the original files (PSD and text-free cover) as part of an automated process. Meanwhile, our designers receive the order and begin customizing your flyer, which they will deliver in less than 24 hours since this is a manual process.
